We’d really like to hear about your experience of adult safeguarding in Derbyshire. Our ‘We Value Your Feedback’ leaflet explains how you can share a complaint, comment or compliment with the Derbyshire Safeguarding Adults Board. It was developed with the Derbyshire Stakeholder Engagement Board and an adult who received help through the safeguarding process.

There are two versions to choose from: you can download and print a copy if you prefer to write your responses by hand, or complete the online version. Either version can be emailed or posted to the Derbyshire Safeguarding Adults Board using the details on our Contact us webpage.
